Maribel: Teacher Training and Curriculum

I'm Maribel Mondragón Moren. I thank God for my beautiful family whom I love. I have a wonderful husband and two daughters who fill my thoughts daily. I have been working at Centro Especial Génesis for eight years now as a servant of God. I love this place; it is a part of me and I am proud to be here.

Karen: Family Connection and Scheduling.

My name is Karen Unternahrer and what a joy it is to watch the staff here at Génesis encourage each other! Their genuine love for the children is clearly evident as together they strive to help each child overcome limitations and develop into the unique individual they were created to be. 

Mike: Maintenance and Bookkeeping

My name is Mike Unternahrer. I first visited Génesis in 2006 at their other location. My most recent time was in Nov 2010 when our daughter Rachel was working there under the semester program with Students International and Bethel College. It was shortly after that visit that we heard the call to move towards more full time mission. The relationship between Génesis and Students International is second to none.

 

Angi: Office Assistant

I'm Angela Rodriquez, I have worked at Génesis since 2007 starting as an assistant in maternal I then worked as a teacher and am currently in the office as an assistant. I live with my parents and I have a brother whom I love very much. Génesis is a rewarding work because I love knowing that I'm giving something back that God has given me.

 

 Arcadi: Preschool Classroom Assistant

My name is Candida Rodriguez, I am 20 years old and a student at the UAFAM. I work as an assistant at Centro Especial Génesis. I have worked here for eight months after originally coming to fill in for the months of Oct, Nov, Dec 2011. I am an only child, my father died 7 years ago and my mother lives in another country so I am currently living with my cousin.

Nelly:
I've been working as a teacher at this school about five years and I like the children a lot. I have a very nice family and have served the Lord Jesus Christ for about 28 years and that is the best thing that has happened in my life. Seek Him that loves you.

Yulissa

I am Fanny Yulissa Batista and I am 20 years old. I Studied basic education am I have been the teacher for the maternal II in Centro Especial Genesis for the past 10 months. I started working here in September 2011 with the special children in my life which lead me to know each of the kids in a special way. I feel very happy and blessed to work there because I can teach and have a new experiences every day.

 Juana: Preschool 1

I am Juana Ramirez. I love God and am a mother to three beautiful children. I have been a teacher to the preschool children for five months. I am happy working with these kids because they have the right to an equal education as much or more than a normal child. They are a part of the beautiful creation of God.

 Margarita: Preschool 2

I am Margaret Ballista, I am married and have three children. I have been a teacher for four years at Centro Especial Génesis and it has been a great blessing for me to be here. It is like one big happy family and we all love each other.
